Senior Vice President, Global Solutions - As Senior Vice President for Global Solutions, Michael oversees the firm’s Talent Assessment solutions portfolio, responsible for the designing global, scalable individual, team, and organizational assessment solutions delivered to meet critical and emerging business needs. Michael has more than 15 years of extensive consulting and leadership experience in the areas of selection, assessment, and leadership development. With a focus on aligning business strategy to human resource initiatives, Michael helps create, implement and measure effective hiring, promotion, development, and performance management systems in organizations. Michael earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing, Beta Gamma Sigma from Duquesne University, a B.A. degree in Sociology from Colorado State University, and a degree in Applied Business Programming from the School of Computer Technology. He is a professional member of SHRM. He is a faculty member of A.J. Palumbo’s School of Business Administration teaching Business Strategy to graduating seniors and serves as Chairperson of the John F. Donahue Graduate School of Business Alumni Advisory Board.
